July 4, 2015 On our Way!

This years Ott-crew ended up being David Ott, Henry Buswell, Michelle Buswell, Harold Youngblut, Tim Ott, and Amy Youngblut. (Order of sibling age!....Many things we do are determined by that order. Prayers, scripture study etc... Not so much the respect though as the teasing started early on.) We left July 4 with our group intact. The Iowa-Missouri group left on July 1. Amy and Harold left Iowa to drive to get David at 4pm and got to Missiouri and left for Utah at 11pm. They pulled into Utah on July 2 at 7pm. They unloaded their trailers and started working on projects. After a short discussion, we decided to leave a day later giving us time to sleep and get the bike projects completed. It was a good decision. Our intent was to leave at 4 am on July 4th. Reality was we pulled away from the PG Maverick at 6 am. All of us...Impressive. 4 Goldwings: David 2008 Black Cherry Cream with bushtech trailer. Henry Titanium2006 with trailer, Harold: Candy Apple red 2008 with matching trailer. Tim 2005 Silver with custom feather paint job and matching trailer. Our first trip as to Malad Idaho. The ride was fine, but started to get warm outside. We went from Malad to Dubois. Dubois to Butte. At this time it was about 96 degrees. Too hot. We went from Butte to Missoula. We drove from Missoula to Lolo, Montana. It was now 100. The site was named Square Dance. They had a big square dance going on for the 4th. We felt a little younger than the mean age of 70. It was a great site. We grilled steaks and had salad. Ate like kings. The guys went down to the creek and did a little Polar Bear Dip. Tim and Davids tent site is called the Timjmahal or the now the Riyah Ritz. This place had the best cold well water. It was so good.
